And then God said "Let there be Brighter Destinies". The agency was organized by men but he get's the credit for it's origin and for the development of all things.  Brighter Destinies, with God's guidance, was organized, developed, and administered by its Chairman, CEO, and President, Eric A. Folds, an Evangelist and Pastor of The Christian Church of God, Inc and a treatment foster parent of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As the chairman, Mr. Folds governs the Agency as a board member and as the CEO he monitors the Agency for compliance with state statutes, administrative rules, and corporate laws.

Brighter Destinies was incorporated as a non-profit charitable organization and is a state-licensed Treatment Foster care agency with a mission to recruit, license, and train treatment foster care parents throughout Wisconsin. Brighter Destinies is contracted by The Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare and Wraparound Milwaukee.

Brighter Destinies has foster homes licensed and trained to provide an alternative to institutionalization, placement in a secure correctional facility, or placement in a home that may not be a safe for children or teens. Treatment foster care is a clinically safe and cost-effective alternative to residential treatment facilities.

Brighter Destinies as an Agency promotes the use of a comprehensive system of incentives and reinforcement schedules combined with intensive supervision, individual therapy & professional foster parenting. The CEO has faith in God and is a witness to the saving power of the Lord Jesus to forgive sin, heal the broken-hearted, and to save, deliver, and set captives free.

Phil woods is our Executive Director and a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Marcine Spoke is our Director of Social Services and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Keywanna Battles is our Administrator.
