And then God said "Let there be Brighter Destinies". The agency was organized by men but He gets the credit for its origin and for the development of all things.  Brighter Destinies, with God's guidance, was organized, developed, and administered by its Chairman, CEO, and President, Eric A. Folds, an Evangelist and Pastor of The Christian Church of God, Inc and a treatment foster parent of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Brighter Destinies was incorporated as a non-profit charitable organization and is a state-licensed Treatment Foster care agency with a mission to recruit, license, and train treatment foster care parents throughout Wisconsin. Brighter Destinies was contracted by The Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare and Wraparound Milwaukee.

Brighter Destinies had foster homes licensed and trained to provide an alternative to institutionalization, placement in a secure correctional facility, or placement in a home that may not be a safe for children or teens. Treatment foster care is a clinically safe and cost-effective alternative to residential treatment facilities.

Brighter Destinies as an Agency promoted the use of a comprehensive system of incentives and reinforcement schedules combined with intensive supervision, individual therapy & professional foster parenting.

The CEO has faith in God and is a witness to the saving power of the Lord Jesus to forgive sin, heal the broken-hearted, and to save, deliver, and set captives free. As of November 30th, 2012, the President and the governing board of Brighter Destinies began a new worldwide ministry and outreach program and ended the foster care program. The CEO is now a published author and has devoted his time to helping children and families throughout the community. The new program includes providing food, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, transportation, advice and counseling for married couples, parents, children, teens, and families, and help people recovering from addictions and strongholds.
